美議員提案：台灣未來應由台灣人民共識決定 【10/17 07:25】
〔中央社〕美國聯邦眾議員安德魯斯（Robert Andrews、民主黨、新澤西州）昨天提出眾院HCR200號共同決議草案，主張台灣的未來應在不受中國脅迫的情況下，透過台灣人民的共識決定。
草案對台灣議題提出三點主張： 一、國會應對中國在台海對岸部署1400多枚飛彈， 對台海安全與穩定造成威脅，表示嚴重關切；
二、美國總統應要求中國公開而毫不含糊地放棄對 台灣進行任何威脅，或使用武力；
三、台灣的未來應由台灣人民在不受中國脅迫的情 況下，以和平的方式，透過明確的共識決定之 。
